Cancellation Policy
### **Scuba Course Booking Policy – Black Flag Dive Center** At Black Flag Dive Center, we’re committed to providing you with a safe, fun, and educational scuba experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all students and instructors, please review our booking policy below: --- #### **1. Course Reservation & Payment** - A **non-refundable deposit** of $150 is required to reserve your spot in any scuba course. - Full payment is due **7 days prior** to the start of the course. - Payments can be made online, in person, or over the phone. --- #### **2. Cancellations & Rescheduling** - Cancellations made **more than 7 days in advance** of the course start date may transfer their deposit to a future course within 6 months. - Cancellations made **within 7 days of the course start date** will forfeit the deposit. - If course materials have been redeemed (online code activated), the **cost of the course materials is non-refundable**, regardless of when cancellation occurs. - Rescheduling is allowed once at no charge if requested **at least 72 hours in advance**. - **No-shows or day-of cancellations** will result in full forfeiture of the course fee. --- #### **3. Weather & Dive Conditions** - We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate open water dives due to unsafe weather or poor visibility. - If a dive is postponed due to weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. --- #### **4. Medical & Academic Requirements** - All participants must complete a medical questionnaire and be cleared by a physician if required. - Online academics must be completed **prior to the first in-person session**. --- #### **5. Equipment Policy** - Personal gear (mask, fins, snorkel, boots) is **not included** and must be purchased prior to the first in-water session. - Students are required to use gear that fits them properly to ensure comfort and success in the course. - Our dive shop offers fittings and a **10% discount** on personal gear purchases for enrolled students. --- #### **6.
